Caitlin is the owner and founder of Neoma. Caitlin has over 20 years experience behind the chair. She has specialized in color and more recently began specializing in keratin tip extensions. Caitlin is endlessly curious, a self proclaimed education addict, and is always chasing the latest techniques to bring back to the team and her clients. When she is not creating, you can find her reading a good book, riding a great horse or planning her next trip.
